Program Administrator Plans

From the cover memo accompanying the electronic filing:

"On behalf of the Program Administrators, we are pleased to file herewith the Joint Statewide Three-Year Electric Energy Efficiency Plan and the Joint Statewide Three-Year Gas Energy Efficiency Plan. Today’s filing enjoys the unanimous support of all electric and gas Program Administrators in Massachusetts and reflects an unprecedented collaborative, consensus-building effort spanning many months.

The Program Administrators note that today’s filings constitute the first Program Administrator three-year plan filings under the Green Communities Act. The Program Administrators greatly appreciate the extensive efforts of the Council members, government agencies, interested parties, and the consultants to the Council in the pre-filing process. The Program Administrators look forward to working with these parties in their reviews of these Plans and also to working cooperatively to provide an unprecedented level of coordinated services to customers throughout Massachusetts."
